Blue Sky Cabin Rentals has exceeded our expectations from the very beginning of our relationship. We purchased our first vacation rental in Cherry Log, GA- “The Mason Jar at Cherry Log”.  From the moment we called in to start the process with Blue Sky- Nicole was by our side throughout the whole journey of making sure we had a successful vacation rental.  The reservation and marketing team went above and beyond to make sure our property was successful, and generated more Revenue than we ever had in mind. Our first rental was such a success, in less than a year we decided to create “A Blue Ridge Mason Jar” and our 2^nd vacation rental. Well, we can attest that when Blue Sky Cabin Rental Co. tells us this, they sincerely mean it, and they have continued to prove it to us since the first time we met to discuss listing our cabin with them. During the entire process of getting our cabin ready for listing through actually renting it, whenever we called Nicole to ask for guidance, she has always been kind, patient, knowledgeable and enthusiastically helpful with whatever our needs have been, no matter how big or small. And then when we would thank her for helping us solve yet another problem, she would always end with, “we’re here to help.” No matter how many times we call, and I will add that it is just human nature to think that at some point a line will be crossed where you feel like you have become a nuisance, they continue to prove us wrong in our fears. Yes, we have been more than 100% satisfied and delighted in every way with Blue Sky. In fact, we would go so far as to say that in many ways they have treated us more like family, and in some instances even better.

Nicole and the team at Blue Sky have been truly invaluable to us. Cabins in the mountains take a lot of work and having them watching over the property has helped keep things running smoothly. Nothing seems too big or small, from a lightbulb change to furniture delivery and assembly. If we had to do it ourselves, it would simply be impossible. Nicole’s attention to detail and quick response is incredible. She has a commitment to service that is some over the best we’ve ever worked with.
